At Credo Care, we know the summer holidays can be a time of change for our fostering families, which is why we have sent each of our fostering households a mindfulness box to let them know we were thinking of them.

The box contains items covering the themes of sound, taste, smell, self-care, being active, learning, positivity and journeys.
