As a special thank you to the hardworking members of Credo Care Fostering’s Home Improvers Group, an exciting outing was organised to the Paddington Bear Experience in London. The event, which took place last month, was a huge success, with everyone in attendance having a fantastic time celebrating the beloved bear’s favourite day: ‘Marmalade Day’.

The group was immersed in a world of wonder, meeting the main characters from the popular children’s stories and participating in a range of interactive activities. One of the highlights of the day was helping Mrs. Bird in the kitchen, where they got to experience the sights and smells of her famous marmalade-making. The group also embarked on a thrilling journey to the depths of the Peruvian jungle, where they discovered Great Aunt Lucy’s legendary marmalade-making machine.

The attention to detail and storytelling at the Paddington Bear Experience made for a truly unforgettable time. The group was fully engaged and entertained throughout the day as they explored the various exhibits and interactive displays.

To top it all off, the day ended on a sweet note – literally! For those who wanted to indulge, marmalade sandwiches were available, a nod to Paddington’s favourite snack. It was the perfect way to cap off an already amazing day, and the group left with big smiles on their faces and memories that will last a lifetime.

The Home Improvers group outing to the Paddington Bear Experience was a well-deserved treat, and everyone in attendance appreciated the opportunity to relax, have fun, and celebrate their hard work and dedication. As the group looks back on their exciting adventure, they are already eagerly anticipating their next outing and the chance to make more unforgettable memories together.
