Prioritising Specialist Support

In a time where the conventional fostering framework may not be available for children with complex medical needs, Credo Care Fostering stands as a pioneering model.

As an agency, we work tirelessly to find loving and supportive foster families who are equipped to provide the necessary care for children with life limiting conditions and high medical needs.

This commitment is not merely about finding foster families; it’s about creating a community where every child has the opportunity to receive home-based care with the support of a specialist team around the child.

A Community of Care

At the heart of Credo Care Fostering’s mission is a dedicated community of specialist foster carers, support workers, and respite foster carers. These individuals are more than just caregivers; they are trained and passionate advocates for the children they support.

As well as our wonderful foster carers and support workers, we also have nurse advocates, foster carer mentors and social work champions who form the foundation of support available at Credo Care Fostering.

Each member of the Credo Care community undergoes extensive child specific training, tailored to meet the unique needs of children with disabilities and high medical requirements. This commitment to comprehensive training ensures that foster carers are not only equipped with the necessary skills, but also embody the empathy and understanding that children deserve.
